| DAZZLE
a
brilliantly funny parody of "STAR TREK", packed with lunar-tic lyrics
and stellar one-liners, charts the voyage of the " Starship Sunburster
One" on its highly important first mission under control of dashingly handsome
(and doesn't he know it) Capt. Sam Gallactic.
Ordered by Home World President Sekurikor, to safely transport his beautiful daughter Dazzle Star, to her finishing school (on Procyon in the constellation of Canis Minor) Capt. Sam, ably assisted by First Officer Speck (son of Spock) and the rest of the incompetent crew, successfully defy the evil intentions of Red Star Commander, Big Olga and her roboserf Bolshies, on their Red Star satellite (in the constellation of Karl Marx). Flushed with success the crew are just tucking into their take-away (space-style), when they discover Dazzle Star has been kidnapped by Slimebag the Haemorrhage, an Irish astral pirate. Why had Dazzle been kidnapped? Why do you the audience, have to take space capsules (supplied by Home World Products) in the interval? We find the answers to these questions and more in Act Two as the zany space-sirens Lolita, Alura and Pearl rock'n'rotate you through a time warp to the "sixties" and come "face to pimple" with Sue Zuki and the Greaser's!
