I have a passion
for the Island's out of the way places, the places where
most other people don't go. I especially like the coastline
where I can watch the ocean's personality change depending
on the weather and the waves. This is Cape Wickham on a
fairly typical King Island day.
Tim Bennett is an accomplished
photographer who has not exhibited before. When talking about his
work Tim highlights composition and subject matter as important
as technique. His images include rare glimpses of waterfalls in
Yarra Creek in the winter that have been described as the underbelly
or spirit of King Island, not often viewed or portrayed any longer
due to farming developments.
