KING ISLAND

Hello to King Island,

I am wanting to take up residence say for 3 months a year on KI. I would like to purchase a small cottage and then use it for rental for the rest of the time. Does anyone know if anyone woul like a small cottage for a few months at s time

It's good to hear that you're planning to move to King Island.

Rental properties are in very high demand here so my guess would be that you'd have a queue of people looking to rent from you. It would of course depend on where the cottage is you want to purchase.

I assume you've been looking at property through either the Elders Real Estate or Harcourts

Both local agents should be able to give you a more informed view of the current rental market on King Island.
